Introduction
Pendle Borough Council submitted the Local Plan to the Secretary of State for independent Examination on Tuesday 18 February 2025.

Venue and Dates for the Examination
The Hearings were held in the Wilson Room at Pendle Borough Council Offices at the Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG. The hearings took place over a total of eight days between Tuesday 17 June and Wednesday 16 July.
