Inspector

The Secretary of State  appointed Brian Cook BA (Hons), DipTP, MRTPI, an Inspector from the Planning Inspectorate, to hear the appeal at the Inquiry.

The Inquiry

The Inquiry commenced on Tuesday 19 November 2013 at 10.00 am at the Hallmark Hotel, Matson Lane, Robinswood Hill, Gloucester GL4 6EA and concluded on Wednesday 30 January 2014. It lasted for 22 days.
